Legoland - Day 2 continued...

During the afternoon of Day 2 we went to play in the water at Pirate Cove.

What kid would not love this?!  An awesome water playground.

A short break before they ran off.

Daddy with his girls.  Delaney was not so sure about the water.  It was pretty cold and there were kids running around everywhere.

This girl loves to swing though.  Her face says it all.

Mean Daddy took her right under the water when the giant bucket above dumped on them.  You can't tell, but she's crying in this picture.

So this is where she ended up.  Warm and asleep in my arms just where I like her.  I was pretty sunburnt at this point so I stayed in the shade most of the time.

They're tired as you can see by Jordan's face.

But they always have more energy to be silly.

Legoland - Day 2

On the morning of day 2 we went to the Sealife Aquarium.  The kids loved this.  Lots of sealife incorporated with Legos.  How could you go wrong there?

I'm not really sure what they were touching and looking at here.  They dove right in though.  No fear.

This tunnel was fascinating with at the sharks and sting rays swimming above and around you.

Delaney loved pointing out all the "fishies".

More fun things to look at and touch.  Look how big my baby is!

 Silly Jordan

 Silly Kierstin

And of course they had Legos to play with on the way out.

Legoland - Day 1

We decided to take one last family trip before school starts.  It was Jordan's birthday weekend and he was so excited to celebrate in Legoland.  We went with Jayme, Nick and Landon too.  Here's day one of our adventures.

Landon, Jordan and Kierstin just in the gate with a Lego guy.

They had a cute little Duplo playground that Delaney absolutely loved.

Rob and I stuck in jail.  Making the most of it as you can see!

All the kiddos on the slide.

 Can you find Delaney?

Kierstin loved the cars.  You're supposed to obey the traffic signs.  We're in trouble when this one starts driving.

Jordan's almost too big for this one.  He's getting too old!

Busy girl playing with the Legos.

Kierstin and Jordan hanging upside down on this crazy ride.  Jordan's favorite for the day.

Got to love the 3D glasses.  Such a poser.

Day 1 is done.  SO much more to see.

11 Years

It's sad to even think that my "not so little" man is 11 years old today. I'm so very PROUD of him! He's the reason I'm a mommy and these have been the best 11 years of my life. Today we are in Legoland California celebrating before the kids head back to school. Love you Jordan! Hope you have the very best birthday ever!!

17 Weeks

How far along? 17 weeks! Baby is now the size of an onion! About 5 inches long and weighs about 5 ounces.

Total weight gain/loss: +7 lbs total.  I'm ashamed to admit that.  I noticed a few days ago that by the end of the day I have cankles.  I have NEVER retained water this early in my pregnancy, but I guess with my other two kids I was in my 3rd trimester during the summer.  I need to drink A LOT more water.

Maternity clothes? Mostly maternity now, but some of my regular clothes.  This 3rd pregnancy sure has made my belly pop sooner.

Stretch marks? None from this pregnancy yet

Sleep: I'm still sleeping very well.  This week I've been extremely tired and get super cranky by the end of the day.  I think the heat is getting to me and I need to get more sleep if possible.  It's hard when I'm working 10 hour days and then come home to take care of the kids.

Best moment this week: Finding out that we're having a GIRL!

Movement: YES!  I've felt a lot more movement throughout the day.  It's not consistent yet, but I'm sure it will be soon.

Food cravings: I made a request to my Mom this week to make me her "Nuts and Bolts" mix.  This is something she usually only makes at Christmas time.  It's just a mixture of chex mix, peanuts, and chinese noodles. It's so good.  It definitely hasn't helped my water retention, but it will be gone soon.  Thanks Mom!

Gender: A princess.

Labor Signs: Not for a very long time I hope.

Belly Button in or out? Still in and I don't expect it to pop out.

What I miss: Nothing

What I am looking forward to: Our little vacation this weekend!

Weekly Wisdom: Drink more water.

Milestones: Sporting quite a baby bump now and I love it!

We're expecting.....

ANOTHER PRINCESS!!!!!!!  I can't believe it!  Poor Rob was just meant to be a Daddy to girls.  Jordan was a little disappointed, but he'll have 2 little sisters that worship him.  He'll warm up to the idea eventually.  Kierstin bet her Daddy that the baby was girl.  It's time for Daddy to pay up!  Yeah for all things PINK!!!!!
