Guess who's wearing glasses these days? Jordan's pediatrician advised me that Jordan does not have 20/20 vision. I was surprised because I had no clue, but I should have known with all the people in my family and his dad's family that wear glasses. So off to the eye doctor we went! Jordan is slightly near sighted and needs glasses mostly so he can see the board at school. When he first tried on his glasses he was amazed by how different everything looked. I think he looks so grown up and handsome. Don't you?

Thanksgiving
I did a lousy job of taking pictures this year on Thanksgiving. We had my parents, Rob's parents, the great grandparents, Uncle John, Aunt Liz and Mike over for Thanksgiving dinner. I guess with all the preparing of food and stuffing of my face, I was too busy enjoying myself to catch many of those memories. Which I guess is not such a bad thing.
Kierstin put on her Alice costume from a couple of Halloweens ago. I guess she felt the occasion called for a little dress up.
This is her "cheese" face. Her shirt says, "Everyone is Thankful for ME!"
Jordan did not apprectiate the turkey hats I found in the dollar section of the store. I think they're cute and funny. HAHA!
It wouldn't be a Thanksgiving post without listing what I'm thankful for. I'm thankful for my family and that we are all healthy. I'm thankful that Rob and I are both still employed so that we can continue to provide for our growing family. I'm thankful that we have a roof over our heads and food on the table. I'm thankful for such great friends who are always there when I need them.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

Sisters
There's something special about sisters. I never appreciated my sister until I became an adult. I can't imagine my life without my sister, so I'm glad that Kierstin and Delaney have each other. I realize that 6 years is quite a large age gap, but my sister and I are almost 4 years apart. So I'm hopeful that they will have a special relationship for the rest of their lives.
Best friends for life
